Please use the following form to update us with custody information, please fill out the first form below titled  “Custody Information.” If you do not have an official custody agreement, but have two households please fill out this form which will alert us to your situation.

To be added to school communication, please visit the Communications menu of the school’s website.

Please directly contact your child’s teacher to have a copy of classroom materials sent home to a second household.

In order to streamline communication with families and ensure the safety of our students, we are asking for applicable families to complete the following information regarding custody, only if you have a situation in which the school needs to be informed. Educational laws allow for both the custodial and non-custodial parents to have parental rights. In some cases, the court will issue orders regarding physical custody, legal custody,and protection orders. Unless MaST Charter School has a copy of an official signed court order, the school will assume both parents may continue to exercise equal legal and physical parental rights.
